Kidslox has three different time controlling functions, such as Timer, Daily Limits and Schedule. We will try to explain you how they can override each other in the following examples.
Example 1: you set up a Schedule that will activate the Lock mode at 7PM and Daily limit is set for 2 hours.
If Daily Limit isn’t used till 7PM, the device will still switch to the Lock mode at 7PM sharp and you won’t be able to use your daily time.
If Daily Limit is used before 7PM, the device will go into Lock mode earlier (as soon as the time is used), even though Schedule is set to start later.
If the device is already in Lock mode and you add time with the help of Adjust today's limit (it is added to the Daily limit), you can use the device only for the time that you give using Adjust today's limit.
Example 2: you set up a Schedule that will switch to the Lock mode at 7PM, and you set up Timer for the device to be in Child mode till 7:10 PM.
At 7PM Schedule will override and the device will switch to the Lock mode, even though you still have time on Timer.
Example 3: you set up Daily Limit for 2 hours and several Schedules (there should be Child mode from 2PM till 6PM, from 8PM till 11PM).
If your child uses Daily Limit from 2PM till 4PM, after it the device will remain blocked irrespective of the Schedules.
