For this feature to be enabled you need to open Kidslox > choose the device > Apps > Web filtering, and mark the options you want to be enabled with the lock sign.
If you have an unlocked sign, it means that the feature is disabled (device is not protected).
Additional instructions for iOS platform.
In case inappropriate content is still available we suggest checking the following:
1. Please, take the device in question and check if the Kidslox icon shows on the device home screen while in Child or Parent mode. If it is not there, the Content Filtering feature will not work.
2. If you see the icon, please, check the date, time and time zone on the device to be correct.
3. Please, go to the Settings > General > Language&Region > Calendar (make sure it is Gregorian), Region (make sure it is set correctly).
4. Check the VPN section > Kidslox VPN > (i) > Connect on demand is enabled and no other VPNs are enabled.
5. Please, enable the Push Notifications. In order to do so, please, use the instructions below:
open Settings > go to search field > find Kidslox in the list > tap on Kidslox > tap on Notifications > Allow Notifications > swipe the toggle to the right.
After everything is done, please reboot the device, switch the Internet off and on again, change the mode to Parent and then back to Child and test how everything works after that.
