I can't add my child's device (Android)

Please note that Kidslox supports Android devices that run Android 8 and higher. Kidslox doesn't support Chromebooks, Amazon Fire, Kindle Fire, Meizu, and Huawei devices without Google Play.

While adding your child's device to the list of 'Devices' some steps may be different. This is stipulated by the technical peculiarities of the device OS. On the Android platform, manufacturers can make changes to the standard OS functionality and this may cause differences while installing Kidslox.

In case you can't proceed, please remove Kidslox, then restart the device and try installing the app again.
