How can I log into my Kidslox account on the parent's device?

To log into your Kidslox account, please take your parent’s device, open the Camera, and scan the QR code on the screen. Then you’ll be redirected to App Store or Google Play Store. 

Please install Kidslox on your parent’s device. 

When the app is downloaded, you’ll be logged into your account. Please enter your Kidslox PIN and start adding your child’s device. 

If Kidslox is already installed on your parent’s device, you’ll be redirected to the app. Please enter your Kidslox PIN and you’ll be already logged into your Kidslox account.

If you can’t use the Camera for some reason, you can log in manually. Please take your parent’s device and follow the steps below:

1. Open App Store or Google Play Store on your parent’s device.

2. Search for Kidslox and install it.

3. Open Kidslox > Parent > Choose the sign-in method, you've used to create the account.

Once done, you should be successfully logged into your Kidslox account. You can start adding your child’s device.
