If you can't change the mode, we suggest taking the following steps.
1. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the Internet, even if the device has good Internet connection.
2. If you see "pending" on the screen you can press Cancel, and try switching the mode again.
3. If it does not help, try removing the profile by swiping the name of the device to the left side of the screen in the list of 'Devices'. Then tap the Trash bin button. Then you'll need to add the device again.
