How can I allow apps in all modes?

This article explains how to allow specific apps to remain accessible in Lock mode in Kidslox. It describes how users can add apps to the allow list and notes the requirements for this feature on iOS and Android devices.

 

 

Kidslox users with Family / Basic subscriptions are able to allow apps in the Lock mode. 

To allow the app you need to open Kidslox, choose the device you want to allow an app on, go to the Apps tab > Allow list > tap the checkmark next to the app you want your child to have access to in Lock mode. A green checkmark means that the app will be available in Lock mode.

Please, note that on iOS devices this feature is available only for child devices with the Advanced Features installed (How do I set up Advanced Features? using a computer). On Android devices, you can access this feature without any extra setup.
