This article explains how to block individual apps on iOS devices using Kidslox Family or Basic plans. It describes the available app blocking options depending on whether Advanced Features are enabled.
Two options are available.
1. If the Advanced Features are activated, a user can lock all third-party apps on a device.
To lock the app individually, you need to open Kidslox > Apps > Block Apps > find the app and mark it with the 'lock' sign.
Please note that if you lock the app it will disappear from the screen but will appear again after you unlock the app (mark it with the 'unlock' sign.)
2. If the Advanced Features are not activated, a user can lock the apps individually using the internet-based app blocking (the icon of the app will still be on the home screen in Lock mode). You can check the full list of blockable apps here.
