I’ve forgotten my password/pin, what should I do?

This article explains what to do if you forget your Kidslox password or PIN. It describes how to reset them using the recovery options in the app and receive a reset link via email.

 

 

If you have forgotten your password or PIN it can be reset from within the app by clicking the “Forgotten Password?” or “Forgotten Kidslox PIN?” link at the bottom of the password or PIN entry screens.

When you select “Forgotten password”, you’ll be prompted to enter the e-mail address you signed up with and request a reset link. Use the link you receive in the e-mail to set a new password for your account (if it doesn’t seem to have turned up within several minutes, check your spam and other alternative inboxes).

To reset the forgotten PIN, open Kidslox on the parent's device > Enter Kidslox > tap on the 'Forgotten Kidslox PIN?' button at the bottom of the screen > you'll be sent a PIN reset link to your email.
