If you have forgotten your password or PIN it can be reset from within the app by clicking the “Forgotten Password?” or “Forgotten Kidslox PIN?” link at the bottom of the password or PIN entry screens.
When you select “Forgotten password”, you’ll be prompted to enter the e-mail address you signed up with and request a reset link. Use the link you receive in the e-mail to set a new password for your account (if it doesn’t seem to have turned up within several minutes, check your spam and other alternative inboxes).
To reset the forgotten PIN, open Kidslox on the parent's device > Enter Kidslox > Need help? at the bottom of the screen > choose option "I forgot my PIN and want to reset it" in the chat-bot and you'll be sent a PIN reset link to your email.
