What is an Apple MDM profile?

MDM stands for Mobile Device Management. Kidslox works on iOS by installing an MDM profile on each device you wish to supervise – this profile allows you to remotely manage settings via the Internet from any mobile device connected to your Kidslox account or web browser.

Apple only allows one MDM profile per device. If the device you wish to supervise has already been setup with either an education or a business MDM then you will not be able to install Kidslox until the existing MDM profile is removed.
