When you set a device to Lock mode two things happen.
1. The device’s regular lock screen activates (removable using the device’s passcode (if set) not the Kidslox PIN)
2. A highly restricted version of the device interface becomes available when the correct passcode is entered (if a passcode is set on that device).
The large majority of our customers use the 2nd option. When they switch a device to the Lock mode it can no longer be used to access 3rd party games, social media apps, or other kid favorites. Some phone functions, e.g. call and texting, are still available.
'Premium Plan' allows blocking almost all content available on the device.
Please note, calling and texting will always remain available.

My child still seems to have access to safari in lockdown mode, and therefore youtube. How can I prevent this?
We have had the same problem since June. Very annoying and makes Kidslox insufficient for our needs. Is there a non subscription fix?
