Please check the following:
On iOS device:
Kidslox is installed and updated on your child's device (you can see the icon when the device is in Child mode) and you didn't log out. For the correct work of the feature, you need to remain logged in.
Then, please, make sure that you enable Push notifications: open Settings > go to the search field > find Kidslox in the list > tap on Kidslox > tap on Notifications > Allow Notifications (swipe the toggle to the right position).
Check the time and date on the supervised device (they should be correct and the calendar - Gregorian).
In Child mode:
Open Settings of the device> General> VPN (Kidslox VPN is connected);
no other VPN is there (if your child is using some other VPN - daily limits time won't be counted); blue (i) button on Kidslox VPN - Connect on demand is enabled.
After you do all the steps, please change the mode to Parent, disable and enable daily limits again, and then change the mode back to Child. After that run a small test: set up daily limits for 15 minutes and see if the time is counted when the device is in Child mode, the screen is active and the internet is connected.
On an Android device:
Take child's device > reboot it > open Kidslox on it > change the mode to Parent, disable, and enable daily limits again and change the mode back to Child.
After that run a small test: set up daily limits for 15 minutes and see if the time is counted when the device is in Child mode and the screen is active.
