Daily Limits count too much time

This article explains what to do if Daily Limits count more time than expected in Kidslox. It outlines possible checks and steps to help verify and troubleshoot the issue on the child’s device.

 

 

If you experience this issue on an Android device:

Please install any other free, time tracking app on your child's device.

The following day, compare the results of time used as displayed in both apps, and if they differ, please send us two screenshots (results of daily limits time from both apps) and our developers will investigate it further. 

If you experience this issue on an iOS device:

Check the time and date on the supervised device (they should be the correct ones and the calendar - Gregorian).
