This article explains what to do if you cannot switch modes and see a “server is clogged” or “pending” message in Kidslox. It describes possible reasons for the delay and suggests basic troubleshooting steps to help complete the mode change.
If you do encounter it though, it’s possible that a large number of users are changing modes simultaneously. When this happens, it can take a few minutes for our servers to make changes which would normally take seconds. If it takes more than 5 minutes to change modes and you see a pending error message on the screen, there are several things you can try to speed things up:
Press ‘Cancel’ and try switching the mode again.
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the internet, even if the device has good Internet connection.
Try removing the profile by swiping the name of the device to the left side of the screen. Then re-add the device (this will also remove all the previous settings you have set up).
