How do I add the Kidslox widget to a device?

This article explains how to add the Kidslox widget to a device. It describes how the widget can be placed on the home screen so a child can quickly see the remaining daily screen time.

 

 

Add the Kidslox widget to your child’s device so they can quickly check how much screen time is left of their daily limit. 

Adding the Kidslox widget on iOS devices

1. Swipe right on the home screen.
2. Scroll down and choose ‘Edit’.

3. Scroll down again and choose Customize.
4. Choose the ‘+' symbol on the Kidslox widget to add it to the device.
5. Choose ‘Done'

Adding the Kidslox widget on Android devices

1. Press and hold a free space on your home screen
2. Choose the ‘Widgets’ icon which appears at the bottom of the screen
3. Scroll through the available widgets until you find the Kidslox widget
4. Press and hold the widget until it becomes transparent, you can then drag it to the position you want on your home page.
