How can I use fingerprint ID/face ID to log into Kidslox?

Kidslox supports fingerprint ID and face ID on both iOS and Android devices where this option is available. Please note, that for the sake of safety, these options are only available on Parent devices.

To enable it on a device, go to the 'Account' > Settings> switch the 'Fingerprint ID' or 'Face ID' toggle to the right, 'on' position. Do this separately for each device where you want to use this function.

For fingerprint ID or face ID to work, you need to have the relevant system (Touch ID or Face ID on iOS, Fingerprint authentication on Android) set up and enabled on the device as a whole.
