Please make sure that:
1. On the iOS device you have the latest version of the Kidslox app.
To check this, please take a child's mobile device, open the App Store, find Kidslox. If the Update button is available, please update the app.
2. Make sure you plug the cord directly to the computer without using an adapter which might cause the connection issue.
3. On the iOS device the 'Find My Phone/iPad' function is turned off.
4. You confirmed that you 'Trust' the desktop device.
5. Don't minimize Kidslox on your desktop device when it is installing Advanced Features.
6. Make sure that on the mobile device the screen remains active during the whole proccess.
7. Try to use another cable.
