I didn't receive a password reset link

This article explains what to do if you do not receive a Kidslox password reset link. It suggests checking spam or alternative inbox folders and contacting support if the email cannot be found.

 

 

To solve the issue we recommend checking the inbox of the email address linked to your Kidslox account. We also recommend checking the junk/spam folders as well. The password reset e-mail should be in one of them. In case the e-mail is not there, please contact our team using the option below.
