If this is your first time using Kidslox you might find it disconcerting to discover that some or all of the apps have disappeared from your device. Don't panic. This is how Kidslox operates on iOS devices; in Lock mode all third party apps will disappear, making them unavailable to your children, and in Child mode, any apps which you've set to be blocked will disappear.
You can regain access to those apps by going into Kidslox (either on another device connected to your account or on the device with the missing apps) and moving the three-way toggle for the device missing its apps to the 'Parent' mode position.
If you want those apps to be available to your children, make sure you change the child restrictions settings ('Apps' tab).
If for some reason your apps don't reappear when you change to parent mode, get in touch with our support team using the in-app support, or for urgent access to the apps follow the instructions for emergency removal of Kidslox in the support menu.
