This article explains what to do if the message “No data to show” appears in the Kidslox location section. It describes how to check and enable the required location permissions on the child’s device to ensure location data is available.
If you get this mistake you need to make sure that location tracking permissions are given on your child's device. Please take your child's device and go to Kidslox > device > location > tap on the Map (if it asks you for one of the permissions, make sure that you allow it).
If nothing changes, please check the following:
iOS: Go to Settings > search > Kidslox > location should be set to Always Allow.
Android: Go to Settings > search > Kidslox > location tracking permission should be enabled.
